As a licensed clinical psychologist, my focus is to help you grow from adversity, reduce stress and overwhelm, and experience more hope and peace. Drawing from research in positive psychology, neuroscience, and relationships, I help clients gain new insights and grow research-based skills to improve happiness and well-being, develop mental resilience, and maximize performance.
